Diplomatic Bestiary was completed in mid-2023. It was due to show in April 2024, then postponed to October 2024, and now postponed indefinitely due to the genocide in Palestine and the war in Lebanon.
I decided to put a PDF of the sculptures online. This project is about how diplomacy becomes a material that warps, mutates, and distorts the people, land, and objects that are its subjects. The project is also undergoing this mutation.
